At Wyo Spas, we are always looking for ways to improve your spa ownership experience. Starting January 1, 2026, we are launching updated maintenance plans designed to make ongoing spa care simple, consistent, and more predictable for every customer.
Below is everything you need to know about what is changing and how these new plans may benefit you.
What’s Changing?
Beginning in 2026, Wyo Spas will not clean filters during maintenance visits. Instead, our team will inspect your filter during each appointment and let you know when it needs to be cleaned or replaced.
To support current customers with this transition, you will receive:
- Your second set of filters
- A bucket
- Step-by-step instructions for at-home filter cleaning
Basic and Mid plan customers may replace filters by purchasing them at a discounted price directly through Wyo Spas.
New Maintenance Plan Options
Chemical Purchases
All plans require customers to purchase their own chemicals through Wyo Spas. Our team will continue to review water chemistry during each visit, so you know exactly what your spa needs.
